  • Revenue share is a monthly thank-you payment from L2C for bringing in an agent who stays on a paid plan.
  • You earn up to 20% of that agent’s monthly plan price (details vary by your plan).
  • Payouts continue each month the agent remains active and paid—and you do too.
  • Think of it like L2C moving part of its marketing budget to you. Instead of paying ads, we pay the agents who actually bring great people.

  • If your recruit is on $49.99/mo → you earn $10/mo (approx. 20%).

Eligibility & Rules (the non-negotiables)

  • Paid Plans Only: No revenue share on free tiers.
  • Active Status: Both you and your recruit must be active, in good standing.
  • 45-Day Qualifier: Most bonuses begin after the recruit completes 45 days on a paid plan.
  • Missed/late payments: Accounts 20+ days past due may be removed; unpaid/forfeited revenue share will not accrue.
  • Direct credit: Use your unique link or submit the recruit with your info before they sign.
  • Adjusts with plan: If your recruit upgrades/downgrades, your share adjusts next cycle.
  • Chargebacks/refunds: No payout on refunded or reversed charges.
  • Compliance: Follow our recruiting guidelines (no spam, truthful ads, brand standards).
  • Subject to plan terms: Percent, levels, and conditions are per your plan’s current chart.

One-Time Recruiting Bonus (current promo)

What It’s Not

  • Not taken from your recruit’s commission. It’s paid from L2C subscription revenue.
  • Not a guarantee. It’s contingent on eligibility rules each month.
  • Not multi-level “endless.” Revenue share is typically your direct recruits; deeper tiers (if any) are handled by profit share per plan.

Profit Sharing — What It Is & Calculator

Plain-English Overview

Profit sharing is a monthly distribution from the brokerage’s profits earned on your downline’s closings. We take the brokerage’s portion of commission (after the agent split), apply a 68% profit pool, and pay your level % from that pool.

How the dollars flow (the math)

  1. Total Commission (month) →
  2. Broker Portion based on plan split (e.g., 70/30 means broker 30%) →
  3. 68% Profit Pool applied to that broker portion →
  4. Your Level % of the pool is paid to you.
Quick Example

Total commission: $10,000 · Plan: 70/30 → Broker portion $3,000.
68% pool = $2,040. If you’re Level 2 (20%), your share = $408.

  • Client transaction fees are excluded from pool calculations.
